These Terms & Conditions govern all betting activity, acceptance of bets, payout of winnings, dispute resolution, and specific sports rules on 1win India. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accept these rules. Acceptance is recorded electronically – no physical signature is required.
Service Availability and Responsible Gaming
1win India offers betting on sports, esports, and other events worldwide, except in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited or restricted. We promote betting purely as entertainment and encourage every player to gamble responsibly and stay in control.
Who Can Register and Bet on 1win India
Bets are accepted only from individuals who:
- Are 18 years or older (or the legal age in their jurisdiction)
- Fully accept these Terms & Conditions
Who Is Not Allowed to Use 1win India
We strictly prohibit and may block accounts of:
- Minors under 18 (or below legal age)
- Players, coaches, referees, officials, or anyone able to influence event outcomes
- Employees or representatives of other betting companies
- Individuals who have self-excluded in the last 12 months
- Anyone using another person’s account or betting for third parties
- Players who provided false information during registration
- Users with multiple accounts (only one account per person, household, email, payment method, or IP allowed)
- Legally incapacitated persons
- Residents of restricted countries or users of payment methods from restricted territories
- Identified problem gamblers
- Anyone using illegal funds or involved in money laundering
- Previously banned accounts
- Any person prohibited by Indian or international law
One Account Policy and Verification
Every player may have only one 1win account. We reserve the right to request identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, etc.) and suspend transactions until verification is complete (usually within 60 days). False information may lead to permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Prohibited Actions and Consequences
1win India may cancel bets, void winnings, block withdrawals, or close accounts without notice if you:
- Had inside information about an event outcome
- Can influence the outcome of an event
- Use bots, automation software, or multi-session login
- Engage in syndicate betting, arbitrage, or bonus abuse
- Initiate chargebacks or dispute legitimate deposits
- Commit any form of fraud or breach these rules
You are fully responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.
Limitation of Liability
1win India is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including lost profits) under any circumstances. We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or technical interruptions – confirmed bets stand regardless of connection problems.
Updates to Rules and Services
1win reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, odds, limits, or available services at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication and you will be notified by email. Already-confirmed bets remain unaffected.
Transfer of Rights and Governing Language
1win may transfer its rights and obligations under these rules to third parties on equal or better terms without prior notice. You may not transfer your rights or obligations.
